Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category, engaging guests to understand needs and guiding them to the right color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. You will support the Sales Manager, drive guest service, and participate in events while upholding store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license as required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in selecting prestige cosmetics and services.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain store standards, replenish merchandise, and ensure testers meet hygiene standards.
