Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and brand performance.
• Ensure every guest receives exceptional service with a welcoming, personalized approach and inform guests of promotions and events.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales.
• Book appointments for and support in-store services and events delivering prestige and brand sales goals.
• Stay informed on new trends, products, and services to better serve guests with knowledge of ingredients and benefits.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
