Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and guiding product selections in cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. The role supports the Sales Manager with service, events, and guest experience, requiring strong product knowledge and customer engagement.

Responsibilities include makeup applications, skincare analysis, and booking appointments for services while maintaining store standards and replenishment to enhance the guest

Qualificações

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetician license required where state law applies.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Passion for prestige products, guest service and selling.

Responsabilidades

• Engage guests to determine needs and assist in selecting prestige cosmetics, skincare and fragrance.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Keep work area replenished, signposted, and testers hygienic.
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain store standards.
