Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance by engaging guests and guiding selections. You will support the Sales Manager with service quality, guest experience, and in-store events while maintaining store standards.

The role requires passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly; a flexible schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology license required where state law mandates.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for prestige sales and guest loyalty.
• Greet and engage guests, tailor service, and promote promotions and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Schedule and support services and in-store events to drive prestige brand sales.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product benefits to better assist guests.
