Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to drive sales in cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance while delivering exceptional guest service. You will engage guests, demonstrate products, and recommend services to meet individual needs in a high-energy store environment.

Successful candidates will have a passion for beauty, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license may be required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates passion for prestige product, guest service, and selling with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for prestige and brand sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize service to guest needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book and support in-store services and events to enhance guest experience.
