You will handle cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rota, and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture with opportunities for progression in prestige beauty.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Experience in cash reconciliation and store opening/closing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and mentor the sales team.
• Ensure smooth operation and achieve sales and service targets.
• Carry out start/end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
