Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests to identify their needs and guide selections, while maintaining store standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

This role supports the Sales Manager through focus on service, events, and performance, and requires a passion for beauty, strong client communication, makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology/esthetician license as required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination preferred.
• Passion for prestige products, guest service, and selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for prestige sales and guest loyalty.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain store standards, replenish and arrange displays, and stay informed on trends.
