Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize prestige category sales (color cosmetics, skincare, fragrance) by engaging guests, assessing needs, and guiding purchases while upholding store standards and policies. You will support the Sales Manager with service, guest experience, and events, delivering knowledge on trends and product benefits.

The role requires passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product details.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to prestige sales and loyalty programs.
• Provide exceptional guest service with greeting, product recommendations and service offerings.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive prestige sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends and educate guests on products and benefits.
