Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance by engaging guests and tailoring recommendations. You will maintain store standards, assist with events, and deliver exceptional guest service to drive prestige brand growth.

The role requires passion for beauty, strong communication, and the ability to learn product knowledge and apply makeup and skincare demonstrations on guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales goals and guest loyalty in the prestige category.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, suggest products and explain promotions.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance guest experience.
