Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates passion and competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests to determine needs and assist in selection and purchase.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet and engage guests, and inform them of current promotions and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver premium guest experiences.
