Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance by engaging guests and guiding product selections. The role supports the Sales Manager and enhances guest experiences through service, demonstrations, and events.

The ideal candidate has a passion for beauty, strong communication, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while maintaining store standards and knowledge of current trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or esthetician license may be required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience in beauty or retail preferred.
• Passion for prestige products, guest service and selling.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in the prestige category through guest engagement and needs assessment.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet guests, personalize service, and inform about promotions and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to boost prestige sales.
• Stay informed about trends, products and ingredients to better serve guests.
