Responsibilities

Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests to determine their needs and assisting with selection of prestige merchandise.
Provide exceptional guest service, greeting guests, personalizing service, and informing guests of promotions, events and services.
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales.
Book appointments for services and in-store events, supporting an unrivaled guest experience while meeting brand sales goals.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
