Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests to determine needs and assist with selection and purchase while upholding store standards.

You will support the Sales Manager with service excellence, guest loyalty, and in-store events, including performing makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive prestige sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion Ulta Beauty’s mission and values while performing essential duties.
• Contribute to meeting store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and brand-specific sales goals.
• Receive makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, products, and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain excellent attendance and store standards.
