Job summary

Ulta Beauty in the United States seeks a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests and recommending products. You will support the Sales Manager, maintain store standards, and contribute to events while delivering outstanding guest service.

Ideal candidates have a passion for beauty, strong communication, and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for prestige sales and guest loyalty
• Provide exceptional guest service and personal shopping experiences
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
• Book appointments and assist with in-store events to drive prestige sales goals
