Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests and determining their needs. You will assist with product selection, provide makeup applications, and support in-store events while upholding store standards.

The role emphasizes guest service, knowledge of prestige brands, and collaboration with the Sales Manager and team to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and cosmetology or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates passion for prestige product, guest service, and selling.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging each guest.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver a premium guest experience.
• Maintain store standards, replenish, and ensure testers meet hygiene standards.
• Participate in training to stay informed on prestige and iconic brands.
