Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category—color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance—by engaging guests, assessing their needs, and guiding purchases. You will support the Sales Manager with service, events, and brand goals, while maintaining store standards and staying current on trends.

Responsibilities include makeup applications, demonstrations, and replenishment duties, plus assisting guests with promotions and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for prestige category and brand sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize recommendations.
