Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests and tailoring recommendations to individual needs.

You'll support the Sales Manager, deliver exceptional guest service, conduct makeup applications and product demonstrations, and help organize in-store events while maintaining store standards and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology/esthetics license as required by state.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive prestige and brand sales through guest service and product demos.
• Greet guests, assess needs, and recommend products.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
