Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician, or demonstrator license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize prestige category sales by engaging guests and assessing needs.
• Demonstrate makeup applications and skincare consults to drive sales.
• Greet guests and inform them of promotions, events, and services.
• Support with in-store events and contribute to team performance.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and replenishment.
