Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetician license where required by state.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for prestige products and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals in prestige category and drive sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events.
• Maintain store standards, signage, and tester hygiene.
