Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive prestige sales by engaging guests and determining needs.
• Demonstrate makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demos.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to boost guest experience.
• Maintain store standards, replenish testers, and follow policies.
• Build relationships with guests and collaborate with store team.
