Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and brand sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service with personalized recommendations and inform guests about promotions and events.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events to enhance the guest experience.
• Stay informed on trends and ingredients to educate guests and improve service quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and replenishment, and follow store procedures and safety standards.
