Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category and engage guests in personalized product selection. The role supports the Sales Manager through a focus on service, guest experience, and in-store events, while upholding store standards and brand policies.

The PBA will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations to drive sales, while staying informed on trends, products, and new offerings to better assist guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetician license required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for prestige products and guest service.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for prestige sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service with personalized product recommendations.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store events to deliver prestige and brand sales.

• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
