Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in prestige category by engaging guests and determining needs.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver prestige sales goals.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and replenishment; ensure testers meet hygiene standards.
• Stay informed on industry trends and brand knowledge to better serve guests.
