The position requires passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and ability to learn product knowledge while maintaining schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred for the role.
• Cosmetology license required where state law necessitates.
• Experience in prestige cosmetics and guest service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals in retail and service sales for the prestige category.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet guests, and inform them of promotions and events.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain consistent attendance and adherence to policies and standards.
