Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology/esthetician license as required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales.
• Ensure exceptional service with a guest-friendly environment, greeting, personalization, and promotions.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
