Job summary

Ulta Beauty, a leading beauty retailer, seeks a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests and assessing their needs. You will support the Sales Manager with service, events, and guest experience, while maintaining store standards and knowledge of products.

A passion for beauty and strong guest service are essential, as well as the ability to learn product knowledge and communicate benefits to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Shows passion for prestige product, guest service, and selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting/exceeding store goals for prestige category and brands.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations.
• Book and assist with services and in-store events.
• Stay informed on beauty trends, products, and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain attendance and store standards; assist with replenishment and cleanliness.
