Job summary

You will support the Sales Manager, run demonstrations and events, build guest relationships, and work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; a high school diploma is preferred and cosmetology/license requirements vary by state.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize prestige sales and assist guests with product selection.
• Demonstrate products, perform makeup applications, and drive events.
• Maintain store standards, replenish merchandise, and ensure cleanliness and organization.
