Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in prestige cosmetics, skincare and fragrance by engaging guests and guiding selections.

You’ll support the Sales Manager with service excellence, guest relations, and in-store events, while maintaining store standards and participating in training on prestige brands. Flexible schedule includes evenings and weekends in a dynamic beauty environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for prestige sales and guest loyalty.
• Greet guests, assess needs, and suggest products and services.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events for guest experience.
• Maintain store standards and participate in trainings on brands.
