Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in prestige cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance while engaging guests and guiding their selections with expert product knowledge.

You will support the Sales Manager in achieving performance targets, training, and maintaining excellent guest service, store standards, and event execution. A passion for beauty and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred. Cosmetology/esthetician license required where state law dictates.
• Experience in prestige beauty and guest service is valued.
• Ability to communicate product knowledge to guests.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in prestige category by engaging guests and understanding needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to drive prestige sales.
• Maintain store standards, replenish testers, and ensure hygiene compliance.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge.
