Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; licenses as required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for prestige beauty, guest service, and selling.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales and loyalty goals in the prestige category.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalized product recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book services and support in-store events to drive prestige sales.
• Stay informed on trends, products, and ingredients to advise guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and uphold store standards.
