Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests and identifying their needs. You will support the Sales Manager with service, events, and guest experience, while maintaining store standards and participating in ongoing training.

The role requires passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and the ability to communicate product knowledge. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma preferred; cosmetology/esthetician license where required by state.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Skills: passion for prestige products, excellent guest service, and selling ability.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for prestige category sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales.
• Stay informed on trends, ingredients, and benefits to advise guests.
