Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant retail or beauty industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for prestige sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet guests, and tailor recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance guest experience.
