Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Team Lead - Press to manage daily led duties on the press line and back up the supervisor as needed. This role requires guiding the team, ensuring safety, and coordinating with SAP systems.

The position runs on a 3rd shift from 10:00pm to 6:30am, with overtime as needed. Strong leadership, communication, and the ability to train staff are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Prior SAP experience preferred; ability to learn SAP if needed.
• Able to work 3rd shift and OT as required.
• Internal candidates must be in good standing with no major disciplinary writes-up.
• Experience leading a production team in a unionized or manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the press team on daily tasks, assign work and monitor progress.
• Enforce PPE and safety guidelines; serve as backup for supervisor.
• Train new associates on processes and procedures.
• Provide feedback on employee performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with supervisor and other departments to maintain schedule.
