Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Team Lead for the Press department on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 2:00pm–10:30pm with OT). You will assign work, monitor progress, enforce PPE and safety, and back up the supervisor when needed, while supporting the process technician as required.

Responsibilities include training new associates, leading the line to meet schedule, preparing daily production paperwork, and ensuring accuracy of SAP entries and end-of-shift reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading a production team preferred.
• Ability to train associates and manage daily workflow.
• Strong communication and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production team to meet the schedule and quality targets.
• Assign work, monitor progress, and ensure PPE and safety guidelines are followed.
• Back up the supervisor during absences and support the process technician as needed.
• Provide daily production paperwork, verify accuracy of forms, and complete SAP confirmations.
• Coordinate pre-shift meetings and monitor housekeeping and area organization.
• Deliver timely feedback to the supervisor on employee performance and improvement opportunities.
