Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Team Lead- Press for 1st shift. The role oversees daily press operations, assigns work, monitors progress and ensures safety, PPE and housekeeping. The team lead will also back up the supervisor and support the process technician as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership to direct a press team and back up supervisor when needed.
• Ability to train new associates on processes and procedures.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office 365 is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
