Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least 90 days of employment.
• Previous SAP experience (preferred) or the ability to learn SAP.
• Previous Office 365 experience (preferred) or the ability to learn the basics of email (Outlook), Teams, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the press line to ensure product is produced according to schedule.
• Provide work assignments, daily production paperwork, and monitor progress of production staff.
• Enforce PPE and safety guidelines and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Back up the supervisor in their absence and provide honest feedback on employee performance.
• Train new associates on processes and procedures and share best practices.
