Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with flexographic presses preferred; manufacturing machine operation experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up ink, tooling, and dies per specs and ensure accurate substrate cutting.
• Replace master roll, remove waste, and stage materials.
• Monitor and adjust ink colors and press settings for consistency and quality.
• Verify materials, color standards, and specs before and during production.
• Operate the press to achieve proper color, fit, registration and position.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep work area clean and safe.
• Complete paperwork and document material usage and production time.
• Adhere to safety rules and company policies.
