Schneller-LL in Kent, OH is seeking a dedicated Press Operator for the third shift to support set-up and operation of the press, perform material handling, and ensure quality and safety.

The role involves reading WOT instructions, assisting with loading, inspecting in-process materials, and maintaining clean, organized work areas while meeting attendance and productivity targets. Starting pay is based on experience plus a $3 shift differential, with overtime available.

Competenze

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to learn and follow equipment operating procedures, safety policies, and company work instructions.
• Ability to understand related business processes, procedures, and applicable company policies.
• Ability to safely operate a tow motor.
• Must meet export control eligibility including ITAR and EAR requirements.

Mansioni

• Supports setup and operation of the press and performs work assignments as directed by the department Leader.
• Retrieves materials and transports them to the press using a tow motor.
• Performs in-process inspection and records results.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Reports maintenance needs or equipment issues to the department Leader.
• Completes required records for inventory control and timekeeping.
