Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. in Elkhart, IN is hiring a Press Operator to operate and maintain printing press equipment and ensure print quality. Training on the 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) is provided; after training, the regular schedule is 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM with $16.00/hour plus $2.00/hour shift premium.

The role requires reading work orders, performing basic maintenance, and maintaining production records in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in printing or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read work orders and follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Pro Resources is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain printing press equipment, monitor print quality, complete routine machine maintenance, and ensure production meets quality and safety standards.

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
