Job summary

Omni Systems Co.,Ltd. is seeking a Press Operator to set up and operate flexographic presses, ensuring quality and adherence to customer specs. You will monitor ink colors, adjust settings, and collaborate with the team to maintain safety and efficiency on the production floor.

The role is on the second shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) with pay between $21.00 and $26.00 per hour. A high school diploma is required, and full-time, non-exempt status applies. Attendance incentives may apply after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience with flexographic presses is highly preferred.
• Machine operation experience in manufacturing is required.
• Able to read/understand simple instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up ink, tooling, and dies per specs and stage materials.
• Replace master roll, remove waste, and prepare for runs.
• Monitor ink colors and press settings for consistency and quality.
• Verify materials and color standards align with job requirements.
• Start and operate the press to achieve proper color and registration.
• Maintain running speeds and plate alignment for quality output.
• Perform quality checks and document material usage.
• Assist with maintenance and keep work area clean.
• Follow all safety rules and department instructions.
