Job Location: Headquarters - Hagerstown, MD 21740
Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly
Job Shift: 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Start a printing machine or manually control equipment, load unprinted materials into the press, review work orders to determine equipment needed, clean and maintain printing machine, remove printed materials and transport to designated areas.

Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma/GED
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Must be detail oriented and can manage multiple projects
• Able to read and follow oral or written instructions
• Able to solve basic production problems, work under pressure, and maintain deadlines
• Have basic computer and math skills
• Ability to solve problems and stay organized

Physical Demands

• Sight requirements (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception)
• Required to walk, talk and hear
• Stand/walk for extended periods
• Regularly lift or move up to 40 pounds (and occasionally up to 100 pounds with mechanical assistance)

Work Environment

The work environment is that of a manufacturing facility. Conditions change as the outdoor climate changes. There are moderate exposures to hear and cold, as well as exposure to moderate noise levels, moving equipment, and other general manufacturing hazards.
