Job summary

Synerfac Inc in Mesa, AZ is seeking a skilled printing press operator to set up and run printing equipment, monitor quality, and ensure efficient production.

You will follow job orders, document requirements, perform routine maintenance, and communicate daily tasks to the feeder operator. This role requires standing most of the shift and the ability to work a Sunday night through Friday morning schedule.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Previous printing press experience preferred.
• Knowledge of machines and basic maintenance required.
• Ability to stand for long periods during shift.
• Willingness to work Sunday 10pm–Friday 6am night shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate printing press according to job orders.
• Examine job orders to determine quantities, stock specs, color and printing instructions.
• Complete documentation for job requirements (load tags, orders, data analysis, coating docs).
• Monitor feeding and printing to maintain specified operating level and detect malfunctions.
• Relay responsibilities to feeder operator and communicate daily tasks.
• Grease and lubricate press per manufacturing specs and maintenance program.
• Other duties as assigned.

Duties

• -Set up and operate printing press
• -Examine job orders to determine quantities for printing, stock specifications, color or special printing instructions.
• -Fill out all proper documentation relating to job requirements. Examples being load tags, orders, data analysis, coating documentations.
• -Monitor feeding and printing operations to maintain specified operating level and to detect malfunctions.
• -Responsible for relaying responsibilities to the feeder operator and communicating daily tasks.
• -Grease and lubricate press to manufacturing specs, and per the company"s planned maintenance program.
• -Other duties as assigned

• -Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
• -Ability to be on feet the majority of the work day
• -Ability to work 3rd shift (Sunday 10pm-Friday 6am)
