Job summary

Thomson Reuters in Eagan, Minnesota, seeks a Press Operator (1st shift) to operate state‑of‑the‑art offset and digital web presses on the Core Print Solutions team. In addition to responsibilities, a $2,500 signing bonus is available after 90 days in role.

Typical hours are 6:30 am–2:30 pm with occasional overtime and weekend shifts. You will review job specs, perform set-ups, monitor the run, troubleshoot issues, and document activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; vocational/technical degree strongly preferred.
• Experience leading and training others in an industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills with ability to troubleshoot independently.

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications and set-up requirements.
• Operate and monitor offset and digital press equipment.
• Perform and document preventative maintenance and equipment checks.
• Communicate effectively during shift hand-off and with maintenance when needed.
• Record material usage and equipment issues in Tier Boards and SAP/MII.
