Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a Printing Press Operator to play a critical role in producing high-quality packaging. The position involves operating a 6-color rotogravure press, ensuring safety and quality standards, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Shifts will be 12-hour nights from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with competitive pay of $24.46/hour along with a premium for night shifts. Employees enjoy comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting day one, as well as paid time off and holiday benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years web handling experience
• 2+ years rotogravure press experience
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills required
• Ability to distinguish colors accurately
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain

Shift & Compensation

Shift: 2-2-3, 12-hour nights 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

Pay: $24.46/hour + $1.25/night shift premium.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rotogravure press to meet quality/productivity goals
• Monitor color accuracy and print quality
• Troubleshoot equipment and printing issues
• Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures
• Inspect and correct materials during production
• Complete required documentation
• Assist with training team members
• Communicate with supervisors, maintenance, and co-workers
• Maintain housekeeping standards and support process improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years web handling and 2+ years rotogravure press experience
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Ability to distinguish colors accurately
• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain
• Commitment to teamwork, safety, and quality

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for long periods (steel-toed shoes required)
• Perform climbing, crouching, and reaching
