Job summary

Amcor in Madison, Wisconsin is hiring Rotogravure Press Operators to set up, run, and support rotogravure press machines in our manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on production role for candidates with machine operation experience or strong mechanical aptitude.

You will work 12-hour night shifts (6 PM–6 AM) on a fixed 4-3 rotation and be responsible for color adjustments, ink monitoring, troubleshooting, quality checks, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as machine operator, manufacturing, production, packaging, printing, or web handling.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a fixed 4-3 schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Reliable attendance, safety focus, and teamwork.

• Pay: $23–$25/hour based on experience
• Night shift premium: Additional $1.50/hour
• Bonus: $4,000 referral bonus

• Fixed 4-3 rotation: Sunday–Tuesday and every other Saturday or Wednesday–Friday and every other Saturday

• Experience helping train or guide team members
