Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of containers and lids per specifications, following plant life‑saving behaviors and safety guidelines, reporting injuries or unsafe acts, maintaining housekeeping, performing miscellaneous tasks for the Printing Department or other departments, cleaning and making minor adjustments to machines during production, completing paperwork, handling additional duties as established by the Printing Manager or Group Leader, shutting down the press when customer quality expectations are not met, making minor adjustments to color and blankets when properly trained, and stopping production if conditions are hazardous or unsafe. All Printing Operators must follow GMP, SQF, and ISO standards.
