Job summary

Amcor in Madison, WI is hiring Rotogravure Press Operators to set up, run, and support rotogravure press machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on role requires experience with machine operation or strong mechanical aptitude.

You will operate a 10-color press, monitor ink and coatings, adjust color and length, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality with proper documentation. Training and development opportunities are available.

• Pay: $23-$25/hour based on experience
• Night shift premium:Additional $1.50/hour
• Bonus: $4,000 referral bonus
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6 PM-6 AM
• Fixed 4-3 rotation: Sunday-Tuesday and every other SaturdayorWednesday-Friday and every other Saturday

What You’ll Do

• Set up and run a Rotogravure 10-color press

Must Have

• Machine operator, manufacturing, production, packaging, printing, or web handling experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a fixed 4-3 schedule
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance, safety focus, and teamwork skills

Preferred

• Accurate measurement skills
• Basic metric conversion knowledge
• Forklift or hand jack experience
• Experience helping train or guide team members
