Kelly Services is seeking a reliable Core Department press operator to assemble transformer cores, install brackets and hardware, and operate a drill press to prepare components in line with engineering specs and quality standards.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Temp to Hire) with compensation at $20.00 per hour plus a $100 weekly bonus for perfect attendance. The environment emphasizes safety and precision in a manufacturing setting.

Press Operator – Core Department

• Install brackets, clamps, and related hardware on transformer cores.

• Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and assembly drawings.

• Verify measurements and ensure parts meet quality standards.

• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and defects.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.

• Assist with additional manufacturing and assembly duties as needed.
