Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Press Line Operator to join our manufacturing team in Ohio. You will operate production lines, perform basic maintenance, and help maintain safety, quality, and efficiency on a 12-hour shift schedule.

Ideal candidates have experience with heavy machinery or extrusion, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. We offer full-time hours, shift differential, and comprehensive benefits in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with heavy machinery preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production lines to meet quality specs.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and housekeeping.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Communicate unsafe conditions or injuries to supervisor.
• Complete shift paperwork and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement and training.
