Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Line Operator to run and maintain a plastic extrusion production line. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency across 12-hour shift options.

You will handle line tooling changes, start-ups, shutdowns, and ensure adherence to SOPs while minimizing downtime and waste. The position requires 40+ hours weekly with weekend work as needed, plus competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Embraces a culture of safety.
• Manages a plastic extrusion line to ensure finished goods meet quality specifications.
• Uses SOPs to keep the production line running to specification.
• Leads line tooling changes, start-ups and shutdowns.
• Maintains a safe work environment with proper PPE and housekeeping.
• Completes shift production and reporting paperwork.
• Performs regular product sampling to ensure quality.
• Assists with Preventative Maintenance program.
• Meets or exceeds standard production efficiencies on all lines.
• Operates and certifies multiple production lines.
